Double Trouble

"Hey Damien, I got an idea."
A young panther girl was hanging out in a room with her twin brother. They were both sitting on the young girl's bed, both just really bored out of their minds. The panther girl had a big, mischevious grin on her face as she turned to face her brother. Damien had a bad feeling about the fact she had an idea, not to mention that grin.
"Yeah, ok, what is your idea?" He said with a sigh. The girl then leaned over and proceeded to whisper stuff into Damien's panther ear. He then pulled back and looked serious.
"Really Ami? You have any idea on how much trouble we will get into if we do that?"
"Yeah, but it would be fun. We are bored. Oh come on, don't tell me you don't think this is a fun idea?" The panther girl said, as she kneeled on the bed with her hands on her hips. Looking rather annoyed. "I know you want to do it." Folding her arms, with a devious smirk on her face.
"You are right, I do want too. Just when I tell dad that I told you it was a bad idea, I don't want it to be a lie."
"Great!!" Ami jumped up and down with excitement. "Sneaking out will be easy, considering dad and Rose are both at her mom's visiting."

Both the panther twins left their room area, walking towards the exit. Their home for now was the Tardis, since the Doctor took them in as his kids. He was a great parent, a good role model and a great teacher. Also, hanging with Rose was fun too. The twins both loved having her around. Ever since the Doctor became their dad, they got a small room to stay in. Had enough room for a couple beds and their trunks to hold any stuff that belongs to them. The twins were both 10 years old, and loved to cause trouble every now and then. Both of them being completely curious and mischevious. When ever the twins got in trouble, the Doctor had to punish them appropiately. He was a firm and strict punisher, always making sure to be stern with the twins. Which is why the twins don't often cause trouble, honestly they only cause huge trouble every once in a while. Half the time the Doctor catches them before they do anything. He is a genius and knows the twins very well, especially Ami since she seems to be the one who comes up with the ideas in the first place.

"Alright, now to find what we are looking for." The panther girl said with a grin. Going over to the coat hanger, followed by Damien. Ami reached into one of the pockets to find the item she was looking for that was in his coat pocket that he happened to leave behind.
"Aha!! I got it!! I got his psychic paper. I find it weird that he just left this lying around in here."
"I find it weird too. Considering it is obvious to anyone that you would clearly use it to get in trouble." Damien gave a look like he wasn't totally sure about doing this, even though it would be fun.
"Do you think he's up to something Damien?"
"Do you?"
"Nah, I hope not. Let's go." Ami just giggled and headed for the door. She opened it only to find the Doctor right there. He looked like he was about to go in. "Oh, Hi dad." The panther girl quickly hid the psychic paper behind her back. Damien just stood near Ami, he just had his arms folded and had a feeling they were probably just going to be busted.
"The both of you going somewhere?" He then noticed that Ami seemed like she was hiding something behind her back. "What do you got behind your back hm?"
"I have something behind my back?" Ami was trying not to get busted so quickly. It would be hard to get anything past their dad, she would try though. She had to think of something quick. "Oh, wait how is the visit with Rose and her mom?"
The Doctor knew she was up to something, she was clearly trying to change the subject. Regardless, he decided to just answer the question. Eventually, he would figure out what they were up too.
"Nothing ever changes. Anyways, where are you guys going anyways?"
"Outside, hopefully to get some fresh air." The panther girl answered quickly.
"Yeah, fresh air would be nice." Damien seemed like he was just givinig in already, until Ami nudged him. "I mean we can't hang out in the Tardis all the time right?"
"Right, anyways I'll pop back to Rose and her mom. Both of you stay close around here. No wondering off. If it starts getting late, either come back to the Tardis or just come fine us at Jackie's." Even though the Doctor knew they were up to something, though he didn't want to say anything in case it was just an act to get him to suspect they are up to something when they are not. The twins has pulled this stunt a couple times before.

The Doctor left the twins to what they were doing, however he didn't go back to Jackie and Rose. He wanted to follow the twins to see what they were up too and hopefully figure out what Ami was hiding.
"Ok, with dad finally gone we can carry out what we were doing." The panther girl stopped hiding the psychic paper behind her back. By doing so, the Doctor saw what she was hiding and had some ideas of what they would be doing with that.
"So Ami, what are we going to do first with it?" Damien had this feeling of being watched, but when he looked around he saw nothing. He figured it was just nothing since Ami didn't seem to feel anything herself, but then again she was to preoccupied with what they were going to do.
"We should totally go to a candy store and say candy is being confiscated due to they might be poisoned." Ami said, giggling. She was always so hyperactive, she didn't need sugar.
"We are not five Ami. Screw the candy. Besides we are ten and we look ten. Meaning no one would believe us anyways."
"That is true. Hm, what to do with this? Too bad we don't have the sonic screwdriver. Dad never leaves that lying around though."
"Well, duhh, he's not an idiot. And he technically didn't leave the psychic paper lying around either. Not much we can do with it anyways. Ya know, we could always just go up to people and say we are random things, pretending we are different things. We can see who falls for it."
"Oh my god Damien, that is a good idea. Let's do that."

Didn't take long before the twins took off to a nearby park. The Doctor following behind, but staying in the shadows as to not be seen. Both Ami and Damien were going around saying things like they were undercover cops or undercover FBI agents. The psychic paper made it almost completely believable. They almost got busted when a real cop came up to talk to them, grabbing Ami's arm in the process and then Damien's.
"You two are coming with me, both of you have caused enough trouble today."
"Crap, busted. Sorry, but we don't want to go with you." Giggling again, Damien kicked the police officer while Ami grabbed the cop by the arm then flipped him over her head while tossing him on the ground.
"I think it's time for us to get going." Damien said, as the cop was getting to his feet.
"Yeah, you're right. Let's go."

The twins took off, racing down the road as it seemed the cop was following. They probably would have been caught if it wasn't for someone grabbing them both and pulling them into an alley. Didn't take long before the twins realized who it was that pulled them out of the way of the cop.
"H-Hi dad. How's it going?" Ami was for some reason trying to play like nothing was really happening.
"We are so busted." The panther boy sighed.
"Shut up Damien."
"No, he's right. Also, I would like it back."
"What back?" The panther girl looked confused, even though deep down it was clear on what he was talking about.
"The psychic paper you both took from my coat pocket. I would like it back right now."
Sighing, Ami handed him the psychic paper. You could tell by the sound of the Doctor's voice and the look on his face that he was not happy.
"We are in big trouble, aren't?" Damien asked, the answer to that question was completely obvious.
"Yeah, you both are."
"We probably should expect strict punishment then huh?" asked the panther girl, looking at the ground.
"Yeah."

The Doctor brought the twins back to the Tardis, where he would come up with a suitable punishment for their actions.
